Contract and general conditions

 

1) PACKAGE PURCHASE / TOURIST SERVICE PROPOSAL
Form to be used to comply with the provisions of Article 36 of the Tourism Code.
The customer has the right to receive a copy of this package / tourist service purchase agreement:
– Proposal for the purchase and sale of a tourist package
– Communication of acceptance of the tourist package purchase proposal
– General conditions proposal for the purchase and sale of a tourist package

2) PACKAGE CONFIRMATION COMMUNICATION / TOURIST SERVICE
Form to be used to comply with the provisions of Article 36 of the Tourism Code.
The customer has the right to receive a copy of this package / tourist service purchase agreement:
– General conditions of the tourist package contract
– Communication of acceptance of the tourist package purchase proposal
– Tourist package contract
